SpaceLab has recently set up a dedicated space for Pop-Up retail. Vendors can choose to pop up from one week to four weeks. (If you’d like to sell for an extended time, please let us know.) We’re excited to bring retail to our space, our building, and our section of downtown Detroit.

Pop-Up Retail Details 

Where: Inside SpaceLab Detroit, 607 Shelby St., 7th Floor, Detroit, MI 48226  

Rates (Payments are required two weeks prior to your pop-up. There is a security deposit payable equal to your chosen to you booking rate.):  

1 week: $40 

2 weeks: $70 

3 weeks: $100 

4 weeks: $125 

Size: 7’-6″L x 8’-3””H with 2’-0” deep counter and 3’-0”L two-door lockable cabinet and counter-height stool. 

Hours: 9 AM – 7 PM, Monday – Friday (Extended hours are negotiable.) 

If approved, you and your staff are responsible for all dates and hours listed above.  

Additional and Alternate Fees 

  • Share a space with an additional approved applicant: $15 per week additional. (Second vendor must also submit an application. Indicate on both application with whom you’d like to share the space.) 
  • 24/7 access to SpaceLab with digital keycard: $225/month (total rate) 

Set Up and Break down 

Contact Karen at SpaceLab for available set-up times. Breakdown must take place immediately following the close of the vendor’s last day.
