Orletta is an exceptionally qualified educator and nonprofit management specialist with over 30 years of administrative and leadership experience. She is currently serving as the Executive Director of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology. Tina M. Patterson, Esq. is the Principal Attorney of Patterson Justice Counsel, PLLC headquartered in Detroit, Michigan.
Patterson’s legal expertise includes probate and estate planning, and she holds a Probate and Estate Planning Certification from the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. She has counseled a diverse array of clients in planning and settling their legal affairs for succession. Patterson is also an advocate for correcting injustice and discrimination, and has successfully recovered land and other significant material property for aggrieved clients.
Additionally, Patterson is a frequent public policy analyst, appearing on national panels, to address issues on the intersections of race, public policy and the law. As one of the less than 5% of Black women lawyers in the country, Patterson also frequently serves as a panelist for events highlighting and advocating women in leadership, including The PuLSE Institute’s Global Women’s History Month event with keynote by Dr. Natalia Kanem, UN Undersecretary and Women’s Connection Forum for Advancing Women Leadership in Healthcare.

Born and raised in the Washington D.C. Metro Area, Kimberly began her Architectural career in Detroit, MI working for local design firms. She founded Dokes Design Architecture, LLC in 2009 and is currently Principal at the firm. She attended college in southern Alabama at the historical Tuskegee University where she obtained her Bachelor of Architecture degree.
Kimberly has participated in a variety of building project types include multi-family, K-12 school buildings, higher education/university facilities, recreation/youth centers, historic preservation projects, office space consolidation, office renovations, and tenant build-out spaces. She has also enjoyed the complexity of large (federal bond) capital improvements and modernization programs. Such programs include The CIP Infrastructures Program at Detroit Metro Airport and Willow Run Airport; The North Terminal Redevelopment Program at Detroit Metro Airport; and The Detroit Public School Proposal S Bond Program.
