SpaceLab was one of the three host sites for Design Core Detroit‘s annual Detroit Month of Design Opening Party + Design Crawl. Over 400 visitors joined the celebration Friday, September 1, 2023 from 6 PM – 9 PM that brought together world-class designers, builders, creatives, content creators, entrepreneurs, and leaders to celebrate the power of design.
SpaceLab members showcased their services and products, and we unveiled a new art exhibit featuring Detroit-based artists. Both coworking floors were activated with sounds by Bo404 on the 7th and the piano stylings of Gerald Foster on the 9th. There was also a VR/AR demonstration by Seann Lewis.
